Art Success: Adelaide Damoah in Conversation with Daniela White

Daniela is a painter of  strong shapes, warm colours and delicate figures. Her depictions of figures  focuses on experiences of everyday life in its ever changing forms.  From interpretations of past histories and relationships, gleaned from old photographs, to recording observetions of the quotidien lives of Londoners, her paintings make a vivid impression. The interplay of tone and colour in Daniela’s works is directed to creating a sense of atmosphere and presence.
 
 
Daniela was born in Rome, Italy.  She lives and works in London.

Daniela White works at Second Floor Studios in Woolwich. You can visit her studio and see first hand her work in progress, as well as some of the work mentioned in this video, during the Open Studio event this year.
